Hi. We are putting in an online payment system for the booking of Hawkeys website. A lot of things on the website have to be done manually and then tallied with bank accounts etc. As you can imagine, this is a fair amount of work. The new system will allow payments to be taken by the bank and auto update all of the booking system at the same time.
You will be able to pay either a deposit and final amount or just the whole amount at once when you book the flat. Payments are via a secure system and will automatically update all the records online. You will still receive an invoice from us for those that require one. The system will also be able to refund onto the same card in case of errors.
Hopefully everything will go smoothly and I am currently testing to ensure that everything is in place for the end of the year.
